Senior Accountant

The position of Senior Accountant is responsible for assisting with the accounting and financial reporting of the Company. This position works closely with the Financial Reporting Directors, Managers and other accounting staff to complete projects, prepare SEC and regulatory financial reporting schedules and will also perform various accounting duties.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years or more related experience
• CPA license and a minimum of two (2) years public accounting experience
• Intermediate knowledge of SEC and GAAP reporting requirements
• Experience with preparation of audited financial statements and SEC reporting
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and organization skills
• Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the Company
• Ability to deal with difficult problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
