As a Senior Product Analyst - Banking Operations, you will oversee the operational effectiveness and accurate data collection within banking systems and processes. You will provide expertise to lead initiatives focused on reimagining operational processes by designing technical solutions that support internal business units.
Requirements
- 10+ years in consulting, banking, commercial lending, data management, process improvement or system design.
- 4-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent direct experience in application development.
- Strong passion for understanding user behavior and translating insights into actionable system design improvements.
- Experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, Tableau, and SQL.
- Recent experience and working knowledge of commercial banking, loan, deposit and credit operations.
- Experience in project management methodologies, and ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives in a rapidly changing environment.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio/Lucid, and ADO.
