Job Description
This Maintenance Mechanic I position is responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment at an industrial feed milling plant, focusing on electrical, welding, and instrumentation expertise. The role prioritizes preventive maintenance, welding, and responding to changing conditions, ensuring safe and efficient production.
Requirements
- Perform maintenance in all areas of the plant on a scheduled or emergency basis.
- Inspect equipment to determine location and nature of malfunction.
- Communicate directly with production to coordinate maintenance and repair work.
- Works with contractors to plan and implement new equipment or systems.
