As an Associate, Digital Review Team Analyst, you will analyze digital transactions to prevent fraudulent activity and communicate with customers to verify details regarding specific money transfers. You will also resolve complex problems and participate in process improvements, operational and employee satisfaction initiatives, and projects for professional and personal growth.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French with outstanding verbal, written and listening skills is mandatory.
• Customer service experience would be considered an advantage.
• Strong communication skills together with customer-oriented mindset.
• Independent decision-making with high attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer literacy.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays)
