Job Description
We're looking for an Instructional Designer to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Instructional Designer, you will lead the creation, implementation, and continuous enhancement of engaging training programs that drive performance and support organizational goals.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in instructional design or training and development
- Proficiency in course development software (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360)
- At least 1 year of experience using graphics/video creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia)
- Strong understanding of e-learning technologies and best practices
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
