We are seeking an Instructional Designer to lead the creation, implementation, and continuous enhancement of engaging training programs that drive performance and support organizational goals.
Requirements
- Design and implement scalable, high-impact training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective and scalable learning experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, managers, and trainers to analyze learner needs, gather feedback, and implement training solutions.
- Develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- Create high-quality multimedia content using Adobe Creative Cloud applications (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop, Captivate, Premiere Pro).
- Produce supporting training materials (e.g., guides, job aids, infographics, audio, video, simulations, games) aligned with program goals and corporate branding.
- Create ad-hoc visual design assets such as logos, brochures, banners, and other branded materials to support training and internal communications.
- Oversee the deployment of instructional materials, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms and learning ecosystems.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to refine learning solutions and improve effectiveness.
- Stay current with trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies.
- Manage multiple instructional design projects from concept to completion.
