Job Description
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a team of Area Sales Managers in the West Region of the United States to grow the number of funded deals by partnering with dealers. You will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing select dealers, providing focused training on core selling skills and program knowledge.

- Hire, train, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers
- Enable the proper execution of Western Funding's Five Step Sales Process
- Set clear expectations for Area Sales Managers and use coaching to help them improve their performance
