Job Description
Westnet is looking for an Account Manager to identify new potential accounts, develop and maintain customer relationships, and drive growth across handled accounts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in business studies or related field, at least 6 years of B2B sales experience, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- Identify new potential accounts in assigned territory and region using effective sales techniques
- Develop (cross-sell) and maintain customer relationships with existing clients
- Build a clear sales plan with initiatives to drive growth across handled accounts
- Being able to communicate customer success stories, market information, and key learnings in a structured manner
- Provide timely and quality services and support to all internal and external customers
- Being able to understand projects and spot opportunities for growth
- Deliver high level of customer service on a consistent basis
