Job Description
Westside Family Healthcare is seeking motivated and compassionate Nurse RNs to join their growing team in Bear, Delaware. This on-site position focuses on managing high-risk patients, coordinating services, and supporting patients through a primary care medical home. The organization prioritizes improving health access and offering equal access to quality healthcare, regardless of ability to pay.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an associate degree in Nursing
- Active RN licensure in the State of Delaware (or compact state)
- Current BLS certification
- Active Ambulatory Care Certification (AMB-BC)
- Commitment to obtaining AMB-BC within 1 year of hire
