Job Description
WheelHouse IT is hiring a Channel Manager and Sales Lead for our headquarters in Fort Lauderdale. This role is central to how we grow, how we present ourselves in the business community, and how we strengthen the partnerships that fuel our B2B engine.
Requirements
- Developing and managing a strong channel partner ecosystem
- Hosting and planning partner events, executive mixers, community engagements, and strategic B2B gatherings
- Representing WheelHouse IT at industry events, conferences, association meetings, and local business functions
- Building durable relationships with referral partners, technology vendors, and strategic alliances
- Running new logo sales efforts tied to channel activity
- Capturing every activity, communication, deal stage, and partner touchpoint in HubSpot
- Preparing quarterly partner reviews and reporting performance to leadership
- Working closely with marketing, engineering, and client services to maintain alignment
