Job Description
The Back-of-House (BOH) team at Folklore Spa is responsible for delivering a wellness-driven, health-forward culinary experience for spa and pool guests. They support a calm, organized, and wellness-focused kitchen environment, ensuring fresh, balanced, and high-quality dishes are prepared consistently and efficiently.
Requirements
- Prep, cooking, production, and plating with consistent attention to detail.
- Strict adherence to recipes, portion control, and sanitation standards.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times.
- Collaborating smoothly with F&B leadership, spa management, and FOH service teams.
- Supporting inventory, ordering, vendor communication, and basic labor or scheduling tasks (preferred but not required).
