Job Description

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or conflict resolution
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, patient rights, and privacy laws (HIPAA)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain neutral and objective
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications
