Job Description
Amaze Health is seeking a compassionate Patient Advocate to join their dedicated team at their Denver office. The role involves guiding patients through healthcare systems, explaining insurance, coordinating referrals, and offering emotional support. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about empathy and patient-first solutions, with a hybrid office-based environment.
Requirements
- At least 4 years experience in a hospital or health insurance setting
- Certification in Biller or Coder (CPB/CPC preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
- Strong communication and tech-savviness
- Ability to maintain a professional and focused work environment
