Catering Liaison

The Catering Liaison will coordinate all catering orders, ensuring excellent customer service and supporting the regional Prepared Foods vision. This role involves communication, efficient service, inventory management, and upholding company standards. It's a customer-facing position focused on building positive relationships with both customers and team members.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen, culinary, deli, restaurant, kitchen management, cooking or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Ability to learn basic product knowledge
• Understanding of quality goals and ingredient information
• Effective time management skills
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Ability to operate all necessary equipment
• Strong organizational skills
