We are seeking a detailed Credit (Accounts Receivable) Supervisor to join our finance department at Wilcox + Flegel. The role combines analytical rigor, leadership, and emotional intelligence to evaluate creditworthiness, set loan terms, ensure timely collections, and strengthen customer relationships.

- Minimum Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Proven work experience as a Credit Supervisor, Credit Analyst, AR Supervisor or similar role
- Proven experience managing teams, handling confidential information, and driving performance improvements
- Strong knowledge of credit laws, AR systems, and financial reporting tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems
