Job Description
William Osler Health System is seeking a Physiotherapist to join their acute care medicine team. The role involves providing quality physiotherapy services, assessing and treating patients, educating patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals. This position offers exposure to best-in-class health care delivery and hands-on learning opportunities within a supportive environment.
Requirements
- MSc or BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent
- Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario
- Recent experience in general medicine, surgery, rehabilitation, and geriatrics
- Basic knowledge of evidence-based clinical practice
- Ability to perform tracheal suctioning and oxygen titration (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Excellent attendance and work record
