Requirements
- Previous experience as a Director of Nursing (DON), Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), or RN Manager
- 3-5 years of experience in a nursing supervisory role, providing direct care to multiple residents
- Graduate of an approved RN program
- Knowledgeable in nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertinent to long-term care
