Job Description
Windward Consulting is seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Consultant to join their Dev Ops team. The role involves leading customer implementations, managing technical aspects of the ServiceNow application, and providing expert technical guidance to both customers and internal stakeholders. The team is highly collaborative and focused on delivering results within a fast-paced Agile environment.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a key technical resource for large scale projects and/or implementations centered around ServiceNow ITSM
- Multiple Dev Ops Change Velocity Deployments
- Must have experience using latest releases
- ServiceNow developed solutions in client environments
- Ability to meet expectations and requirements of internal/senior management
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Resource should be able to work the hours needed for the project
- ServiceNow ISM Certification required
- ServiceNow Dev Ops Chagne Velocity Micro certification required
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification required
