Job Description
Winged Keel Group is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join their People & Culture team. This role will focus on designing and executing recruitment strategies, managing full-cycle hiring, and enhancing internship program recruitment. The position involves candidate experience, track and reporting, and building strong employer brand. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of sourcing and hiring, as well as a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Partner directly with the Head of People & Culture to align recruitment strategies.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, closing candidates).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements.
- Enhance and expand internship program recruitment, including outreach and program design support.
- Plan, coordinate, and represent the company at on-campus career fairs.
