As a Human Resources Consultant at Shared Health, you will provide human resource services, including support, consultant support, human resources representative, management support, labour relations, employee relations, recruitment functions, organizational design, and HR metrics and reporting. You will work in a complex, multi-site, unionized environment and be responsible for advising on human resources solutions, responding to questions and addressing issues, and participating in collective bargaining. You will also investigate workplace complaints, facilitate dispute resolution, and conduct exit interviews.
