Requirements

• 5 years of progressive experience providing generalist human resources management support to management in a unionized environment
• Undergraduate degree in human resources, or in a relevant discipline combined with a post-graduate certificate in human resources management from a recognized post-secondary institution
• Chartered Professional Human Resources designation with current membership in good standing or equivalent
• Certifications in project management, human resources, change management and quality processes are assets
• Valid Manitoba driver’s license
• Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check
