Job Description
Coordinate the development and delivery of transformative, age-relevant, Christ-centered experiences for Campers, Summer Staff, and Hosts in WinShape Camps for Communities. Collaborate with the Camp Experience team to create transformative experiences through Production, Theme Development, and Event programming.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication and relational skills
- Experience in project management
- Served at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp ministry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and able to work within a project management platform
