Job Description
The Coordinator, Operations serves as a key operational connector for WinShape Leadership (WSL), coordinating cross-functional partners, maintaining operational visibility, and stewarding the end-to-end participant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, operations, events, hospitality, or ministry administration
- Experience in project or event management
- Proficiency or willingness to learn Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, Asana, and CVENT
