Provide technical support to clients, resolve issues directly or through escalation, and maintain process SLAs. Support transactions, field incoming requests, document user information, and follow standard processes.

• Product trainings to stay current with product features, changes, and updates
• Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
