Job Description
WisDems is a national political organization seeking a Regional Organizing Director to lead grassroots movement in Wisconsin. The successful candidate will build volunteer teams, local infrastructure, and community relationships to elect Democrats up and down the ballot.
Requirements
- 4+ years of electoral organizing experience
- Multiple cycles of electoral organizing experience
- Prior experience managing or leading teams, projects, or volunteers in a campaign setting
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting, training, and retaining volunteers
- Strong proficiency in Votebuilder (VAN)
- Access to reliable transportation and a willingness to travel frequently throughout the region
