Job Description
Wisetack is a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionizing consumer lending for service-based businesses. They are seeking a dedicated Growth Marketing Manager to drive funnel growth, scale merchant acquisition, and optimize CAC. The role involves defining growth strategies, owning the acquisition funnel, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build data-driven systems and repeatable processes.
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth or demand generation roles
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Hands-on approach to building, executing, and measuring paid and organic campaigns
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-first mentality
- Bonus points: leadership or mentorship experience, marketing to SMBs, experience in startup settings
