CUSTOMER SUCCESS DIRECTOR (Work from anywhere in the world)

Wishpond is seeking a Customer Success Director to join their team as a full-time, remote position. The role will oversee the Sales Closer Team and focus on enhancing user adoption, engagement, and retention. It involves aligning customer success with company strategy, driving value realization, and fostering a customer-first culture across all teams. This is a fully remote position based in the Pacific Time or Eastern Time.

Requirements

• Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to align customer success goals with overall company strategy.
• Lead the design and execution of customer success strategies.
• Drive customer value realization by implementing programs that increase product usage, customer satisfaction, and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to improve self-serve customer journey.
• Champion the voice of the customer and resolve challenges.
• Oversee support operations and ensure rapid resolution times.
• Manage key accounts and at-risk customers.
• Develop and monitor KPIs for success metrics.
• Manage the customer success budget.
• Collaborate with Product and Data teams.
• Partner with Marketing to launch programs.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing Customer Success organization.
• Build scalable processes and systems for self-service and hybrid engagement.
• Recruit, coach, and empower team members.
• Cultivate a culture of collaboration, transparency, and integrity.
• Perform other leadership duties as required.
