Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with Zoho Recruit and related Zoho tools
• Proficiency in Zoho Recruit, Zoho One, Zoho Social, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Campaigns
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to customize and configure Zoho Recruit to meet specific organizational needs
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications in Zoho Recruit and related tools would be a plus
• Experience with HRMS, Recruitment Management, Digital Transformation
