Job Description
This Senior Estimator position requires a strong understanding of building construction types and contract management. The role involves developing, executing, and managing bid proposals, reviewing contracts, preparing estimates, and providing mentoring to the estimating team. It's a significant leadership role, with potential to Bid Captain projects up to $75M.
Requirements
- Develop and execute strategies to win bid proposals.
- Review documents for risk and advantages.
- Prepare complete estimates including Quantity Survey and Cost Development.
- Provide mentorship to estimators.
- Establish relationships with subcontractors.
