Job Description
Wokelo is a Gen-AI powered investment research platform. We are looking for an Account Manager with a background in Financial Services and Consulting to drive client engagements and account management, customer success and ensure seamless adoption of our AI-powered investment research platform.
Requirements
- MBA from a Top-tier institute is mandatory.
- 1-2 years of post-MBA experience in Financial services including Enterprise Account Management, Investment Research, Financial Services, or Fintech is preferred
- Strong understanding of investment research, financial modelling, and capital markets.
- Ability to leverage analytics tools to monitor client engagement and boost platform adoption.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in guiding senior stakeholders and investment professionals.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Customer Success software, and MS Office.
