Requirements

• Lead and manage the performance of the Financial Shared Services team
• Drive the standardization and optimization of financial processes
• Ensure alignment of shared services operations with company-wide financial strategies and compliance requirements
• Develop and implement talent development strategies to build a strong team
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations
