Job Description
The Business Analysis Associate Director, Portfolio Governance and Reporting will establish and manage the governance, reporting, and operational frameworks for the organization's strategic and technology initiatives. This role will oversee portfolio-level processes, tools, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives and continuous improvement across programs and projects.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in portfolio, program, or project management
- Proven experience implementing or managing portfolio governance and reporting frameworks
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills (e.g. Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience implementing and administering PPM tools (e.g. Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, Planview)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels
