Job Description
We are looking for a reliable Process Technician who is ready to play a key role in supporting our production team by ensuring our molding processes run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. In this hands-on position, you'll work closely with Shift Supervisors, Operators, and Engineers to set up and optimize molds, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain tooling.
Requirements
- Follow and enforce all safety, health, and quality standards.
- Set up, optimize, and change over molds and related equipment.
- Monitor and adjust molding processes to ensure consistent product quality.
- Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime and scrap.
- Collaborate with Supervisors and Operators to train and develop team skills.
- Document process changes and communicate updates to Engineering.
- Support efficiency goals by reducing setup time and improving cycle times.
