Job Description
As a senior Business Development Leader, you’ll lead large deal pursuits, champion human-centered design, and help shape transformative solutions for enterprise clients. You’ll collaborate with service line leaders and ensure that WongDoody’s financial portion of the deal is commensurate to our contribution to winning.
Requirements
- Lead qualified large deal pursuits from pitch through closure, driving significant revenue opportunities
- Serve as the voice of the customer, employee, and partner as solutions take shape
- Collaborate with service line leaders to embed experience design across all towers
- Facilitate client workshops, highlighting the importance of world-class experiences in every solution
- Protect WongDoody's scope within broader delivery frameworks, advocating through to final contracting
