Job Description
Wood is seeking a Senior Technical Safety Engineer to ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement risk mitigation measures. The role involves designing and delivering solutions across various engineering projects for a high-profile client, including energy and materials sectors. It is a key accountablity focused on people, safety, and operational risks.
Requirements
- Adhering to safety standards and regulations
- Identifying hazards and assessing risks
- Implementing control measures to prevent accidents
- Conducting HAZOP studies and safety workshops
- Manage third-party HSE consultants
- Performance of Physical Hazard Effects (PHE) modelling
- Performance of Emergency Escape, Evacuation and Rescue Studies
- Fire Protection and Engineering Design experience
