Implementation Manager

As an Implementation Manager, you will guide customers through the onboarding and deployment of Workable's Recruiting and HR solutions, ensuring their successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction.

Requirements

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers from onboarding through ongoing support
• Collaborate with Sales during pre-sales discussions to ensure smooth handover
• Manage end-to-end implementation of Workable's solutions, overseeing project timelines and milestones
• Lead professional services engagements, including integrations, data migrations, and custom reporting projects
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless implementation experience
• Track and report on implementation progress, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement
