Workana is collaborating with a fast-growing fintech company in LATAM to secure a Fraud & Identity Lead. This 100% remote role focuses on designing and executing a strategic fraud prevention and digital identity strategy across all products and geographies, impacting regions like Bogotá, Colombia. The position reports to the Chief Strategy Officer/CEO.
Requirements
- 7 years of experience in digital fraud management in fintechs, banking, or technology.
- Proven experience in fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems.
- Knowledge of KYC/KYB, AML, biometric authentication, digital identity frameworks and LATAM regulatory frameworks.
- Multinational experience and in regulated environments.
- Knowledge in SQL, Python or R (desirable).
- Cross-functional leadership and execution skills.
- Experience working in consumption-based financing or POS lending models.
- Direct exposure to fraud prevention, analysis, and management in high-volume transactions.
