Fraud & Identity Lead

Workana is collaborating with a fast-growing fintech company in LATAM to implement a Fraud & Identity Lead. The role is 100% remote and reports to the CEO. The fraud leader is responsible for designing and executing the prevention of fraud in all products and geographies, working with real-time monitoring systems and predictive models.

Requirements

• +7 years of experience in digital fraud management in fintechs, banking or technology.
• Proven experience in fraud systems and transactional monitoring.
• Solid understanding of KYC/KYB, AML, biometric authentication, digital authentication frameworks and LATAM regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in multi-country and regulated environments.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or R (desirable).
