Job Description
Workana, a remote work platform for Latin America, is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to lead the development of agentic orchestration systems. The role focuses on transforming an existing AI-driven report generation framework into a scalable SaaS product and building a new AI agent workflow for deposition preparation. The company is undergoing a major transformation to scale their operations through advanced AI and software solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or agent-based systems
- Proven experience with agentic orchestration, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Protocols
- Strong coding skills in Python
- Experience with API integrations, data pipelines, and connecting multi-system environments
- Understanding of SaaS product architecture and deployment
- Ability to work autonomously
