We are seeking a Level 3 IT Support Engineer to provide technical support and infrastructure expertise for US-based clients. This role is ideal for experienced engineers who excel in complex problem-solving, mentoring junior engineers, and infrastructure projects. The position involves handling escalations, managing Azure, networking, and mentoring.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a senior IT engineer / Level 3 in MSP or enterprise.
- Strong Azure expertise (resources, policies, automation).
- Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, VoIP troubleshooting).
- Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365.
- Excellent English for client-facing support.
- Mac support, ConnectWise/Datto familiarity.
