We are hiring a Level 3 IT Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support for US-based MSP clients. The role involves solving complex issues, designing and maintaining infrastructure, and mentoring junior staff. This is a full-time, remote position.
Requirements
- 5+ years as a senior IT engineer / Level 3 in MSP or enterprise.
- Strong Azure expertise (resources, policies, automation).
- Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, VoIP troubleshooting).
- Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365.
- Excellent English for client-facing support.
