Instructional Designer, Agentic AI

Workato is seeking an Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences for customers, partners, and internal teams to master Workato's Agentic platform. The ideal candidate will have experience designing technical training for SaaS, automation, or AI products and be able to quickly learn and explain complex concepts.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing technical training for SaaS, automation, or AI products
• Ability to quickly learn and explain complex concepts (AI agents, workflows, KPIs, skills, knowledge bases)
• Skilled in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.) and multimedia production
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams
• Analytical Mindset: Use data and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
