Job Description
Workato is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead projects that define the future of AI-powered automation. The role spans the full spectrum of our AI product portfolio, including designing AI-assisted workflow creation tools and shaping the builder experience of AI agents.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a product or interaction designer
- Strong foundation in complex enterprise or data-driven systems
- Direct experience designing AI-powered or intelligence-driven tools
- Strong interaction and visual design skills
- Experience collaborating closely with engineers and product managers
- Proven ability to work independently through ambiguity
- Technical fluency in AI and automation systems
- Strong prototyping skills in Figma
- Understanding of accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles
