Job Description
Workit Health is seeking a full-time Recovery Counselor to provide clinical intervention to members with Substance Use Disorders and mental health disorders. The role involves co-facilitating shared follow-up appointments via telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapies, and adhering to organizational and state standards. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely and support a patient-centered, harm reduction approach.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Master's (LCSW or LMFT)
- Independent clinical state licensure in Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, Oklahoma or Texas
- Fluency in CBT and Motivational Interviewing skills
- At least one year of experience providing SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting
- Crisis intervention skills and willingness to work independently
- Experience with Google Drive, spreadsheets, documentation, video conferencing, and secure email
