Recovery Counselor (LCSW) - Oklahoma

As a Recovery Counselor at Workit Health, you will provide clinical intervention to members with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) and mental health disorders. You will co-facilitate virtual multidisciplinary groups, utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques, and prepare related documentation. You will also diagnose and treat adults and adolescents, and participate in meetings, supervision, and clinical audits.

Requirements

• Master's degree
• Independent clinical state licensure (LCSW or LMFT)
• Fluency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) skills
• At least one (1) year of experience providing SUD services in an inpatient or outpatient setting
• Capable of managing crisis intervention remotely
• Experience and passion for facilitating groups using therapeutic interventions
• Ability and willingness to complete work independently online
