Job Description
WorkMotion is seeking a motivated Junior Growth Customer Success Manager for the DACH region. This role focuses on nurturing client relationships, ensuring a seamless experience, optimizing service, and driving value. The ideal candidate will be energetic, organized, and possess excellent communication skills. The position is primarily remote and requires someone within 2 hours of the Central European Timezone.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development Representative roles
- Strong communication skills in English and German
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Customer-centric mindset and empathy
- Fluency in the DACH local market (primarily German)
