Job Description
WorkMotion is seeking a motivated Junior Growth Customer Success Manager to nurture client relationships and ensure a seamless experience. This role focuses on onboarding clients, monitoring their health, driving upsell campaigns, and maximizing their value. The position is ideal for candidates within 2 hours of Central European Time, emphasizing excellent communication and a proactive approach.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Business Development
- Excellent English and German communication skills
