Job Description
WorkMotion is building a global HR platform with an all-in-one solution for global team management, streamlining processes and ensuring compliance. They are looking for a driven, goal-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to reach out to potential customers in the BeNeLux region via phone, email, and LinkedIn. This role involves identifying customer needs, scheduling virtual walkthroughs, and driving engagement with Account Executives.
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English
- Minimum of 1 year in a remote B2B Business Development position
- Comfortable making 100 calls/day, minimum 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, including cold calling
- Working towards clear goals, quotas, and performance metrics
