WorkMotion is a global HR platform aiming to simplify global team hiring for digital nomads and remote-first companies. They are seeking a driven Business Development Representative to connect with potential customers in the BeNeLux region via phone, email, and LinkedIn. The role involves reaching out to prospects, scheduling virtual walkthroughs, and guiding them towards a digital hiring solution.
Requirements
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English
- 1+ year in BDR/SDR roles
- Minimum 100 calls/day
- 1+ year of proven success in outbound sales
- Working towards clear goals, quotas and performance metrics
- Self-starter mindset
