Job Description
WorkMotion is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (BDR) to be the first point of contact for potential UKI clients. This role focuses on reaching out to them through phone, email, and LinkedIn to introduce their global hiring solutions and schedule virtual walks. The ideal candidate will be self-starter, goal-oriented, and motivated by remote work.
Requirements
- Native-level English
- Experience in BDR/SDR roles
- Minimum of 1 year in a remote B2B Business Development position
- Cold calling & outbound experience
- Self-starter mindset
- Time Zone: Based within +/-2 hours from CET zone
